About Me

I am passionate about developing product and service experiences, focused on strategy and research, that have business results and that achieve a new relationship with the customer or the end user, generating impact. During my professional experience I have been able to manage digital projects and currently also end-to-end service development projects.

I have worked with companies and brands in Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Central America and the US, on industries such as Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Food, Entertainment, E-Commerce, Beverages, Real Estate, among others. I have focused on not only meeting the project criteria and ensuring results, but also being able to be a consultant in strategy and business development so that the result exceeds what was sought.

I have experience in managing methodologies such as Design Thinking, or agile frameworks such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban, as well as co-creation workshops. In addition to developing projects with a focus on User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX).
I am currently certified as an Innovation Management Professional, Professional Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.

Digital Strategic Designer for Products and Services

Working for a multinational company in banking and insurance leading the qualitative and quantitative research of the attributes and experience of digital financial products and services currently offered by the Latin American and global market to define the standards to comply with the new digital products that the group offers.

January 2021 - December 2022

Projects and UX/CX Coordinator

Follow up the evolution of assigned projects, end to end, in order to guarantee compliance with the work schedules, scope, budgets and objectives. 

Lead the User Experience initiatives, focused on deliver a better digital experience for the customers in every project involved.

August 2020 - September 2022

Identify opportunities for team improvement and design human centric strategies focused on giving a better experience for: Volunteers, Assistants and Speakers.

Responsible for the UX/UI process: Research, Co-creation, Prototyping and Testing. Aligning the design deliverables for the software development team.

Digital Project Manager and UX Researcher

Support and consultancy for the development and implementation of B2B and B2C digital projects for companies in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Food, Retail and E-commerce in Ecuador and Peru.

Responsible for the UX Research and Strategy for the products assigned. Every research deliverable built was a base for the UX Designers of the project.
